NURTURE – the instructions we get from our surrounding cultures,
AGENCY – our personal initiatives.

The retreat is an exploration of the dance of life, the process of looking for influences between the above three factors. We will explore how to strengthen our self-awareness, self-management, and self-motivation to increase our personal power.

Power with – How many other relationships do I have?

Where are my resources for stress management?

AGREEMENT: I plan to attend this retreat and agree to pay in full by September 25, 2026, (or by prearrangement for scholarship). I will arrive no later than 2 pm on September 25.
